摘要
从图像划分，编码算法，分类方法．解码算法，拼接定理和变换参数量化等方面对分形图像压缩编码的研究进展进行评述，提出一种基于Ｊａｃｑｕｉｎ逐块交换和Ｂａｔｈ分形变换的混合编码方案，并指出分形图像压缩编码进一步的研究方向．
This article mainly comments on the research about the fractal image compression from image parting,coding algorithm,classing method,decoding algorithm, collage theorem and quantization of parameters of transforms, proposes a hybrid coding method based Jacquin piecewise transform and Bath fractal transform, and puts forward a further research direction of fractal image compression.
