摘要
目的通过对住院实际补偿比影响因素的分析,为住院实际补偿比的提高提供科学的理论依据,从而切实提高参合农民的受益水平。方法根据某省2008、2009年新农合数据资料,对住院实际补偿比的影响因素进行多因素分析,探索各影响因素对住院实际补偿比的影响程度。结果住院率、次均住院费用、名义补偿比是影响住院实际补偿比的主要因素。结论该省住院实际补偿比总体上呈上升趋势,但还存在补偿水平偏低、患者流向不合理等问题,建议加强基层医疗机构建设,加强医疗机构监管力度,进一步完善新农合补偿政策。
Objective Through analysing the influencing factors of in-patients＇ compensation ration,to provide scientific theory for the improvement of in-patients＇ compensation ration and to improve the benefit levels. Methods According to the 2008-2009 data of new type of rural cooperative care system of one province,multi-element linear regression analysis was made on the influencing factors of in-patients＇ compensation ration,and the influencing degree of various influencing factors in in-patients＇ compensation ration was explored. Results Average cost of hospitalization,hospitalization rate and in-patients＇ nominal compensation ration were primary influencing factors of in-patients＇ compensation ration. Conclusion In-patients＇ compensation ration of the province was generally rising,but there were still some problems such as low levels of compensation and unreasonable flow of inpatients.So it was proposable to improve the compensation policy of NCMS,strengthening supervision dynamics for the medical institutions,and to improve the service capacity of primary health care sector.
