不同办园体制幼儿园教职工配备现状调查与分析——以山东省临沂市L区为例

An Investigation of Numbers of Staff Employed in Kindergartens of Different Financial Input and Management System:Taking L District in Linyi, Shandong as an Example

摘要 通过问卷调查法和访谈法,调查山东省临沂市L区不同办园体制幼儿园教职工配备的基本情况.结果发现:公办园的平均班级规模偏大,师幼比偏低;公办性质幼儿园经营困难.教职工配备情况亟待完善:不同办园体制幼儿园的炊事人员和医务人员数量普遍欠缺。民办园的安保人员数量不足。为完善幼儿园教职工配备,应坚持政府主导、扩大公办学前教育资源;扶持引导民办园发展;严格控制班额,完善用人机制;加强监管,确保相关政策落实到位。 Adopting questionnaire and interview, the author investigated the general situation of the numbers of staff employed in kindergartens of different financial input and management system of L district in Linyi of Shandong. The findings imply that: the class size in public kindergartens is too large and the teacher-child ratio is too low; the kindergartens owned by enterprises and institutions are faced with difficulties and the employment system needs to be improved; all different types of kindergartens are lack of cooks and doctors and security personnel are greatly needed in private kindergartens. Hence, the author puts forward some strategies and suggestions concerning these problems respectively.
