摘要
通过对双黄连粉针剂在四种输液中澄明度、p H值、不溶性微粒理化性质观察检测 ,选 5%葡萄糖注射液作溶媒 ,联合使用 β-内酰胺类抗生素、地塞米松、病毒唑或三者联用 ,观察在 0～ 4 h内有无理化配伍禁忌现象。结果表明 ,双黄连 -5% GS液体可与头孢类抗生素、地塞米松或病毒唑二者联用或三者合用。
Objective:Double Huanglian ample was diluted in four kinds of liquid.The pH,physical and chemical status of liquid were studied.No physical and chemical changes were found when Double Huanglian ample,Ampicillin,Dexamethasone and Ribavirin were mixed in 5% Glucose liquid.The results showed that Double Huanglian,which diluted in 5% Glucose liquid,may be combined with Ampicillin,Dexamethasone and Ribavirin
