摘要
对注射用双黄连与临床上常用的13种药物配伍的稳定性进行了研究。结果表明：苯唑青霉素，氨苄青霉素，维生素B6，三磷酸腺苷，三氮唑核苷，辅酶A，甲硝唑与双黄连配伍无显著性变化；双黄连与诺氟沙星，环丙沙星，氧氟沙星，维生素C，丁胺卡那霉素，氢化可的松则不宜配伍。
This paper reported the compatibility of Shuang Huanglian injection with 13 drugs at room temperature by observing the changes of appearanse, pH and UV absorbance. The results showed that no significant change occured mixed with oxacillin, ampicilin, vitamin B6, adenosine triphosphate ribavirin, coenzyme A and metronidozale Shuanghuanglian can not be compatible with norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin, vitamin C, amikacinum and hydrocortisone.
