摘要
目的调查护生护士资格考试前焦虑程度及影响因素。方法抽取西安市1 527名护生,采用Sarason考试焦虑量表在考试前2周进行调查。结果护生考试焦虑量表总分为(19.45±6.24)分,分别有44.83%、46.80%、27.59%的中专、大专和高职、本科护生存在高度焦虑。担心前途、自信心、考试前不适反应、学校重视程度、对护理专业的态度、是否继续临床实习、性格及对考试改革的看法是护生考试前焦虑状况的影响因素。结论不同层次护生护士资格考试前处于中等焦虑水平,学校可开设心理咨询,必要时进行考前心理辅导,降低护生的焦虑水平。
Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of anxiety among nursing students before the nurse qualification test. Method To-tally 1 527 nursing students in Xihn were investigated with the Sarason Test Anxiety Scale （TAS） two weeks before the qualification test. Results The total TAS score of nursing students was （ 19.45 ± 6.24）. About 44.83% of the diploma students,46.80% of the associate students and 27.59% of the undergraduate students showed high level of anxiety. The factors influencing the anxiety of nursing students were concerning about their future, confidence, uncomfortable reac-tion before the test ,level of attention that schools pay on this test, professional attitudes, clinic practice or not, personalities and opinions about reform in the test. Conclusion The anxiety of nursing students with different educational backgrounds before the nurse qualification test was at a moderate level. Schools can pro-vide psychological counseling before the exam, if necessary, to mitigate the anxiety level of the nursing students.
