摘要
为唐山市制定卫生人力规划提供依据。方法 采用医院规划模式法 ,对唐山十县 (市 ) 2 0 10年县乡医院卫生人力需要量进行了预测。结果 随着人口数的增长及人口年龄结构老龄化或提高卫生人员与床位比值时 ,预测 2 0 10年卫生技术人员需要量分别为15 613和 1164 4人。所有参数不变或提高医院工作效率以及在提高医院工作效率的情况下发展县医院和乡卫生院时 ,预测 2 0 10年卫生技术人员需要量分别为 945 5、970 3、9740和 95 98人。结论 改变有关参数 ,可得到不同的预测结果。
Purpose In order to provide the basis for the health manpower planning of Tangshan.Method Hospital hygienic manpower requirements were forecasted for ten counties of Tangshan for the year of 2010 with hospital planning model.Results With increase of population and aging population or raising specific value of hygienic personnel and beds,forecasting requirements of hygienic technical personnel were respectively 15613 and 11644 in 2010,when all parameters were unchangeable or raised hospital work efficiency and developed county hospital and township hospital under raising work efficiency,forecasting requirements were respectively 9455,9703,9740 and 9598.Conclusions The different forecasting results were got by changing concerned parameter.
