摘要
目的研究硫酸镁对兔脑外伤后血清髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)和脑水肿的影响及脑保护程度。方法22只兔分为A(对照组)和 B(治疗组)。应用骨窗成形硬脑膜外打击法制作脑挫裂伤动物模型, B组脑外伤后先行 10%硫酸镁静脉点滴,第 5天改做腹腔注射,共7d,A组同样方法应用等量生理盐水。以血清MBP和脑组织含水量作为观察指标。结果脑外伤后A组MBP(5.84±2.21)μg/L。B组MBP(3.04±1.22)μg/L。两组MBP较正常值增高,但B组低于A组(P<0.05)。A、B两组患侧大脑半球含水量百分比分别为81.45±0.54和78.54±0.57,B组低于A组(P<0.05)。结论硫酸镁对兔实验性脑外伤具有明显的保护作用,且可减轻脑损害程度。
Objective To explore the effects of magnesium sulfate on serum myelin basic protein(MBP) and cderebral edema and protecting roles for brain after brain injury in rabbits. Methods 20 rabbits were classified into 2 groups, group A (the control group) and B(the treated group). An experimental rabbit model was treated with 10% Magnesium Sulufate by intravenous drip after brain injury. The abdominal administration was used from the fifth day to the seventh day. Group A was given the same amount of normal saline in a same way. The serum MBP and moisture in brain tissues were observed as index. Results The normal value of MBP was(1. 66 ± 0. 75 ) μg/ L. The level of MBP in group A and B were higher than normal value after brain injury. The serum MBP in group B (treated by Magnesium Sulfate) was (3. 04 ± 1. 22) μg/L while MBP in group A was (5. 84 ± 2.21 ) μg/L. Group B's MBP was lower than Group A' s(P < 0. 05). The Percent of water content respectively. The water content in group B was lower than group A(P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion The serum MBP and brain moisture increased after brain injury while decreased after treatment with Magnesium Sulfate. It demonstrated that Magnesium Sulfate had an obvious protecting role on brain injury in rabbits and could reduce the brain-damaging degree.
