摘要
本文研究了混合媒质中球形颗粒分布的有序和随机性对其等效介电常数■的影响程度。首先给出了填充球形颗粒为简立方阵列和随机分布时■的计算公式。理论和实测结果比较发现,在准静态条件下,并且填充颗粒和基体媒质的介电常数相差不是较大时,填充颗粒的分布状态对■影响很小,而当颗粒尺寸与入射波长可以比较时,将有显著的影响。
In this paper,effects of orderly and randomly distributed spherie granules on the effective dielectric constant of mixture media are studied. The formula of ■ are derived when spheric granules are ordered in simple cubic array and randomly distributed in a dielectric host. The results of calculations and measurements of ■ are compared, which are shown the effects of granular distribution on ■ of mixture media are very small under the condition of quasistatic limit and the contrast in dielectric constants between the inclusions and the background is not too large But, if the wavelength and granular diameter is comparable,the effects will be serious.
