摘要
采用平行平板电极测定27种不同水分含量的农产品的电容,结果表明:在一定的测定条件下,介电常数随水分含量的减少呈下降趋势,且两者之间呈线性相关性。供试的米和豆类的关系模型为Y=51.708X-49.531(X——介电常数;Y——水分含量,%)。不同种类的果蔬类物料之间组织结构、化学特性的差异较大,不能建立统一的定标方程。
Two parallel plate electrodes were adopted to determine the capacitance and moisture content of 27 kinds of agriculture products material. The result showed that the dielectric constant drops with the moisture decrease and there was a linear relationship between them. The equation of rice and bean used for sample was Y=51.708X - 49.531 (X- the dielectric property, Y-the moisture content) . There was no fixed mark equation suitable for various kinds of fruits and vegetables due to their different texture.
