摘要
近年来,中医界对中医量效关系十分关注,研究很多。研究主要从文献、实验和临床三个方面展开。文章采用半结构化深度访谈方法,对国医大师朱良春教授进行了访谈。其主要内容包括量效相互关系,量效关系的影响因素、大剂量用药不良反应控制策略以及《中华人民共和国药典》饮片剂量等,以期从量效关系角度挖掘名老中医经验,为临床用药及《中华人民共和国药典》今后的修改提供经验支撑。
In recent years,dose-effect relation has been paid great attention in Chinese medical field.There are many researches which principally focus on literatures,experiments,and clinics.The article adopted the semi-structured interview,and professor ZHU Liangchun who is one of the national top Chinese physicians was invited.The main contents during the interview included interrelationship of dose and effect,influencing factors of dose-effect relation,controlling strategies of adverse reaction in large dose medication,and dose of prepared herbs in pharmacopeia.Aiming at revealing distinguished veteran physician′s experience in traditional Chinese medicine from dose-effect relation perspective,it provides empirical support for clinical medication and amendment of pharmacopeia in future.
