摘要
烟草农业属于弱质产业,在生产种植过程中要面临较大的自然风险,为有效防范和应对烟叶生长期间自然灾害风险,本文建立了涉及烟草公司、烟农和保险公司三方的烟叶生长周期自然灾害保险理赔系统。系统采用Flex和Java技术开发,Oracle10g作为后台数据库,实现了烟农投保、保险受理、保险理赔、数据分析等功能,自然灾害保险理赔系统的实施不仅可以稳定农民的种烟积极性,而且提高了生产经营管理与决策的科学性和有效性。
The tobacco agriculture is a weak industry and faces great natural risks in the process of product and plant. In order to effectively precaution and cope with natural disaster during the period of tobacco growth, this paper proposes an insurance claim system for natural disaster which happens during the period of tobacco growth, involving tobacco company, tobacco grower and insurance company. This system applies Flex and Java and uses OraclelOg as backstage database to realize the functions of insurance applications of tobacco grower, insurance acceptance, insurance claims and data analysis. The insurance claim system for natural disaster not only motivates the tobacco grower stably, but also improves the scientificalness and effectiveness oforoduction and business decision.
