摘要 为有效利用水利基础设施,提高农业生产种植水平,在Visual studio 2008平台上,利用ArcGIS Server.NET ADF提供的组件,使用C#语言开发了农田灌溉水窖管理信息系统,实现了对水窖分布、数量、储水量的数字化管理;采用空间分析建模实现水窖的规划选址;利用地区常年平均有效降雨量、农作物不同生育阶段需水量及巡检员现场采集的水窖蓄水量对灌溉缺水量进行估算。可为水窖的规划、储水计划和水资源的合理利用提供科学的依据。 In order to efficiently utilize the water infaastmctures, the cropland irrigation cellar management information system was developed by using C# language on the platform of Visual studio 2008, and the professional components of ArcGIS Server. NET ADF were selected to construct the system. The system realized digital management of the distribution, quantity and water storage capacity of the water cellar. The location of water cellar planning was implemented by space analysis modeling. The water deficit of irrigation was estimated by regional annual average effective rainfall, crop water requirement at different growth stages and the pondage of the water cellar collected on site by the inspec- tom. It can provide a scientific basis for the water cellar planning, water pondage planning and the rational use of water resources.
