摘要
采用高效液相色谱法检测 46例脑梗塞患者和 3 0例正常对照者脑脊液中兴奋性氨基酸 (EAAs)的含量 ,结果表明脑梗塞急性期EAAs明显升高。应用硫酸镁观察脑梗塞治疗后EAAS含量明显降低 ,因此表明硫酸镁可作为EAAs的阻断剂 ,能降低EAAS的神经毒性反应 。
High performance liquid chromatography was used to detect excitatory amino acids (EAAs) in 46 cases of acute cerebral infarction and 30 healthy people.A significant rise was found in EAAs during acute stage and a significant decrease after the treatment.It is concluded that magnesium sulfate may be used as the blocking agent to reduce neurotoxicity reaction of EAAs and protect cerebral cells.
