摘要
目的 :探讨中药古方生脉饮及其成分对小鼠生长发育和学习记忆方面的作用。方法 :a)采用直接测量小鼠体重、脑重、大脑皮层厚度和饲料转化率的方法来研究生脉饮及其成分对小鼠生长发育的作用 ;b)采用三等分Y型迷宫作为学习记忆研究的行为模式 ,研究生脉饮及其成分对学习记忆的作用及对NaNO2 和乙醇所致记忆障碍的保护作用。结果 :生脉饮及其成分对小鼠体重、脑重、大脑皮层厚度及饲料转化率有促进作用 ,与对照组比较有显著差异 (P <0 0 1) ;同时也能显著促进小鼠的自主治动及学习记忆过程 ,且对不同化学药品所致的记忆障碍具有显著的改善作用。结论
Objective To investigate the effects of Shengmai Yin and its ingrdients on growth development and learning and memory in mice.Methods The body weight,brain weight,cerebral cortex thickness and forage transportation rate were directly measured;partial automatic y_maze was used as behavior model to research learning and memory.Investigations were made of the effects of Shengmai Yin and its ingrdients on learning and memory and the facilitation on memory disorders caused by NaNO 2 and alcohol.Results They had a facilitation on body weight,brain weight,cerebral cortex thickness and forage transportation rate.There was a significant difference compared with the control group (P<001);Meanwhile,they could promote automatic activities and the course of learning and memory in mice,and they greatly improved memory disorders caused by different chemicals.Conclusion Shengmai Yin and its ingrdients have a great facilitation on growth development and learning and memory in mice.
