摘要
工学结合是学习与工作相结合的教育模式,是培养高素质应用型技能人才的关键环节和重要途径。当前工学结合主要存在观念上有偏差、合作不够紧密、企业积极性不高、政府支持力度不够等问题,应通过增强意识、加大"双师"素质培养力度、采用全新的考核体系、订单培养、完善机制等措施来推进工学结合的健康发展。
Combing learning with working, the talent cultivation mode of work-study integration is the key link and important way to cultivate highly skilled personnel. There are some problems, such as incorrect views, insufficient close cooperation, little keenness from the corporation and not enough support from the government. The sound development of this model should be enhanced in the way of strengthening the awareness, stepping up the efforts to cultivate double qualified teachers, adopting new methods of examination, developing ordered talent cultivation and perfecting the mechanism.
