摘要
[目的]探讨慢性病患儿家属心理弹性、家庭功能状况及两者的相关性。[方法]采用整群抽样方法抽取126名患儿家属,应用一般资料问卷、Connor-Davidson心理弹性问卷(CD-RISC)与家庭功能评定量表(FAD)进行调查。[结果]CD-RISC总分为(57.58±6.67)分,FAD均分为(2.36±0.35)分;心理弹性与FAD呈负相关(P<0.05或P<0.01);问题解决、病程、沟通和医保方式能够预测心理弹性总变异的29.1%。[结论]家庭功能是影响慢性病患儿家属心理弹性的重要因素,良好的家庭功能有助于提高慢性病患儿家属的心理弹性。
Objective：To probe into psychological resilience and family functioning of family members of children with chronic diseases and correlation between them.Methods：A total of 126 family members of children were collected by using cluster sampling method,and they were investigated by using general data questionnaire,Connor-Davidson psychological resilience scale（CD-RISC） and FAD.Results：Average score of psychological resilience was（57.58± 6.67）,average score of family functions was（2.36±0.35）;psychological resilience was negatively correlated with FAD（P0.01）;problem solving,duration,communication and the way of health care can predict 29.1% of total variation in psychological resilience.Conclusion：Family functioning is the important factor that affects psychological resilience of family members of children with chronic diseases,good family functioning is helpful to improve the psychological resilience of family members of children with chronic diseases.
