摘要
据《二年律令·秩律》等文献记载,汉初确实已经设置"乐府",掌管着宫廷之乐,为皇帝服务,武帝乃立"乐府"之说不能成立。"太乐"一官并非始自于秦,秦时所设置的是"外乐"·,汉初因袭,与"乐府"分掌雅乐与俗乐,而后的某个时间才更名为"太乐"。
According to the Ernian Lvling-Zilv and other documentary recorded,it was indeed set Yuefu （Official Conservatory）in the early Han Dynasty, in charge of the music in palace, service for the emperor, therefore,the saying of that Yuefu set by Wu Emperor can not be possible. The official of ＂ Tai Yue ＂ was not starting from the Qin Dynasty,and it was ＂Wai Yue＂ set during the period of Qin Dynasty,which carried on in the early Han Dynasty, with ＂Yuefu＂ in charge of Yayue （ceremonial classic music） and Suyue（folk song） re- spectively,then renamed ＂Tai Yue＂ some time later.
