摘要
文章分析了冷复合工艺中间层的带材改为网状时在复合时存在的问题,并实施了网状带材硬度控制以及复合压下率的工艺实验,通过实验得出了网状带材冷复合的工艺规律。
In the paper, the problems in the cold - roiled processing of strips for intermediate layer of cold - rolled com- posite technology changed to mesh pattern are analyzed as well as the technology experiment on hardness control and com pesite pressure ratio of mesh strips is implemented. Finally, the process rules for cold - rolled composite technology of mesh strips are obtained through the experiment.
