摘要
综述了金属层状复合技术的发展,介绍了国内外生产层状金属复合材料的工艺方法及其优缺点,在此基础上介绍了几种高效、低耗、短流程的制备层状金属复合材料的新技术。阐述了自蔓延高温合成(SHS)焊接技术的原理、工艺,并对其研究和应用的前景进行了分析。
The history of technology of clad metal is summarized in this paper-The technology of clad metal
and its characters are reviewed,and several new processes of clad metal production which are efficient,cost-effective and short are described.Bonding principles and processes of welding by Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis (SHS) are emphasized.The prospects of SHS welding is also analyzed.
