摘要
油气分离是变压器油中溶解气分析技术的一个关键环节.针对顶空脱气法进行深入研究,建立顶空脱气法的脱气模型;设计并搭建基于光声光谱气体检测方法和搅拌式顶空脱气装置的实验平台,测试相同脱气条件、不同采样量下的脱气曲线;研究顶空脱气法的脱气效率.结果表明,适当减小脱气瓶的体积,并且在气密性满足要求的情况下,适当减小顶空气室与油样体积的比,可以优化装置的脱气效率.
The separation of fault gases dissolved in transformers insulation oil is an important partof power transformer on-line monitoring. A headspace oil-gas separation model was proposed in this paper. And the platform based on photoacoustic spectroscopy technology and headspace de- gassing method with stirring was also designed. The degassing curves of different sample vol- umes were tested under the same degassing condition with the platform. Results showed that re- ducing the sample bottle volume and reducing the ratio of headspace volume and oil sample vol- ume would improve degassing efficiency.
