摘要
为提高变压器油中气体在线监测仪用膜分离法从油中分离故障特征气体的速度并验证其有效性,采用不同面积的Teflon FEP膜从50 L准密封油罐中隔离出不同体积的小气室,通过强油循环在油中混入故障特征气体并使用PID控温保持油温为70℃;用气相色谱测定了油气两相的气体浓度在14 d中的变化。定义了气室结构因子Ro。实验表明,气室中各气体浓度的增长随Ro增大而加快,但平衡浓度低于理论值,其差别随Ro增大而减小。计算表明,FEP毛细管的平衡时间可小于30 min。
In order to improve and validate the speed of extracting gases from oil by membranes in the online monitors of transformer dissolved fault gases, TeflonR FEP membranes of different sizes are used to extract gas cells of different volumes from a 50 - liter quasi - enclosed oil tank. Fault indicating gases are mixed into the oil by forced oil circulation and the system is regulated to 50℃ by PID temperature regulator. The evolutions of gas concentrations in both the gas and oil phase over 14 days are measured by Gas Chromatography. The structural factor Ro of a gas cell is defined. Experiments showed that the gas concentrations in the gas cells increase with Ro, the actual equilibrium concentrations are lower than the theoretical ones and its differences decrease with Ro. Calculation shows that the equilibrium time may be less than 30 minutes for FEP capillary.
