摘要
为提高医学研究生培养质量,从研究生导师的遴选管理与监督、研究生培养与学科建设相结合、研究生指导团队的建设与研究生自学相结合、研究生培养过程的管理等方面做了深入的探讨。
For improving the postgraduate student＇s training quality,this paper discussed some problems from enhancing the supervision and instruction of the tutor,the combination of the student＇s training and the subject＇s building,the combination of the tutor＇s instruction and the student＇s self-study,and the management of training.
