摘要
研究以蔗梢青贮为粗饲料条件下,补饲不同精料对水牛消化代谢的影响。选取体重480 kg左右健康成年德宏水牛24头,随机分为4组,每组6头。分别饲喂基础粗料蔗梢青贮(Ⅰ组,为对照组)、补饲浓缩料0.5 kg/(d.头)和糖蜜1.0 kg/(d.头)(Ⅱ组)、补饲精料补充料2.0 kg/(d.头)(Ⅲ组)、补饲精料补充料4 kg/(d.头)(Ⅳ组),饲养试验中期每组分别选4头采用全收粪尿法进行消化代谢试验。结果显示:补饲精料后,水牛对蔗梢青贮、日粮总干物质(DM)采食量及总可消化养分(TDN)、可消化粗蛋白(DCP)等养分采食量均有显著提高(P﹤0.05),Ⅳ组DCP采食量较Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别提高95.64%,56.44%;随着补饲水平的提高,水牛对各营养成分的消化率呈升高趋势,Ⅳ组水牛的各营养成分消化率产生显著差异(P﹤0.05),且补饲对CP消化率影响更显著;补饲可显著提高水牛的食入可消化氮、沉积氮量和氮的利用效率(P﹤0.05)。Ⅳ组水牛沉积氮较Ⅱ,Ⅲ组分别提高246.29%,91.54%,氮利用效率比Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别提高44.18%,28.44%。蔗梢作为粗料饲养水牛时,进行合理补饲可显著提高日粮的消化利用率,水牛补饲精料补充料4 kg/(d.头)可获得较好的效果。
The object of this study was to investigate the influence of different concentrate supplementation level on digestion and metabolism of buffalo fed sugarcane tops silage as based roughage.Twenty-four buffaloes with an initial weight about 480 kg were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 6 buffaloes in each group.GroupⅠwas based on the roughage(as the control group),groupⅡwas added with 0.5 kg /(d·head) concentrate and 1.0 kg /(d·head) molasses supplement,group Ⅲ was supplemented with 2.0 kg /(d·head) concentrate and group Ⅳ of 4.0 kg/(d·head) concentrate respectively.4 buffaloes of each group were selected for test of digestion and metabolism with the method of total fecal and urine collection in the middle stage of raising trial.The results indicated that the silage and diets DM intake and nutrients such as TDN and DCP were significantly increased(P〈 0.05) after concentrate supplemented,The DCP intake of group Ⅳ was 95.64% and 56.44% higher than that of group Ⅱand Ⅲ.Nutrient digestibility of buffalo tended increasing with concentrate supplementation level.The digestibility of ration components of Group Ⅳ appeared significantly(P〈 0.05),and supplement concentrate effected more significantly on CP digestibility.Supplement concentrate could increase digestible nitrogen intake,retained nitrogen and nitrogen utilization efficiency(P〈 0.05) of buffalo significantly.The retained N of group Ⅳ was 246.29 %,91.54 % higher than that of groupⅡand Ⅲ and N utilization efficiency showed 44.18 %,28.44 % higher than that of groupⅡand Ⅲ.This suggested that reasonable supplement concentrate on sugarcane tops based diets could significantly improve diets digestion and utilization rate of buffalo,and it would obtain a better result when 4.0 kg /(d·head) concentrate was supplemented to buffalo.
