摘要
目的分析正常青年人多频刺激听觉稳态诱发电位(multiple stimuli auditory steady-state response,m-ASSR)、单频刺激听觉稳态诱发电位(single stimulusauditory steady-state response,s-ASSR)、听性脑干诱发电位(click-evoked auditory brain stem response,C-ABR)、纯音听力测试(pure tone auditory,PTA)阈值,探讨C-ABR结合0.5、1 kHz s-ASSR在正常青年人中反应阈的正常值。方法对听力正常青年人(43人,共86耳)分别行PTA、m-ASSR、0.5、1.0 kHz s-ASSR、C-ABR检查。将PTA、m-ASSR、听力测试组合(C-ABR结合0.5、1 kHzs-ASSR反应阈)结果行t检验、线性回归分析等统计学分析。结果①0.5、1、2、4 kHz处,听力测试组合反应阈高于PTA;除1 kHz外其他频率均较m-ASSR反应阈接近PTA;②0.5、1、2、4 kHz处,听力测试组合反应阈预测PTA的回归方程分别为:y=0.75x-4.53,y=0.56x-4.46,y=0.62x-7.70和y=0.92x-12.66。结论正常青年人中ASSR反应阈与PTA、C-ABR V波反应阈有一定的差值;听力测试组合较m-ASSR更接近PTA;听力测试组合可以更准确、更可靠评估正常成年人听阈水平。
OBJECTIVE Analysis of normal young people multiple stimuli ASSR （m-ASSR） , single stimuli ASSR （s-ASSR） , C-ABR, PTA threshold, Exploratory investigation of normal value of hearing thresholds by hearing test combination （C-ABR combines with 0.5, lk Hz s-ASSR） . METHODS 43 normal hearing adults （86 ears） were tested for hearing thresholds with pure tone audiometry （PTA） , m-ASSR, 0.5, 1.0 kHz s-ASSR, C-ABR. Data were analyzed by SPSS 18.0 for t testing, regression analysis and other statistical analysis. RESULTS 1. At 0.5, 1, 2, 4 kHz, hearing test combination threshold were higher than that of PTA. Except for 1 kHz, the thresholds of hearing test combination are closer to PTA than those of m-ASSR; 2. At 0~5, 1, 2, 4 kHz, hearing test combination reaction threshold predicting PTA regression equations were： y=0.75x-4.53, y=0.56x-4.46, y=0.62x-7.7, y=0.92x-12.66. CONCLUSION In normal adults： there are difference among the mean thresholds of ASSR, PTA and C-ABR. The threshold of hearing test combination are closer to PTA than that of m-ASSR; Hearing test combination can be more accurate, more reliable for assessment of adults with normal hearing threshold level.
