摘要
患者女,79岁。头顶部红色斑块半年,加重伴溃疡1个月。皮肤科情况:头顶部和左侧头部紫红色浸润性溃疡。皮损组织病理示(头顶部):真皮内有大量增生的血管,管腔不规则,内皮细胞核大深染,有异型性。免疫组化染色:CD31(3+),Vimentin(3+)。诊断:老年人头面部血管肉瘤。
A 79-year-old female had presented red plaques on the head for half a year, worsing and accompanying ulcers for 1 month. Physical examination found that infiltrated red ulcers on the left head. The histopathological examination revealed many proliferated blood vessels with irregular vascular lumens lined by large atypical endothelial cells in dermis layer. Immunohistochemical stain showed CD31 and Vimentin positive. The diagnosis was anglosarcoma.
