摘要
报告1例头面部血管肉瘤。患者男,85岁。右头面部丘疹、肿块伴痒痛3个月,发热10余天。外院疑诊为带状疱疹予抗病毒、营养神经等相应治疗,治疗无效。入院后经组织病理和免疫组化检查诊断为血管肉瘤(中间型),皮疹进展迅速,血小板进行性减少。
An 85-year-old man was admitted to the hospital for painful itchy papules and lumps on the right side of his head and face for 3 months and a fever lasting more than 10 days. He was diagnosed with shingles and showed no response to treatment with antiviral medicines and neural nourishment. After admission, the patient was diagnosed with intermediate- grade malignant angiosareoma by pathological and immunopathological examinations. Rashes progressed rapidly and platelet count dropped progressively.
