猫丘脑射频烧伤后的病理变化

摘要 为探讨Parkinson病在CT改变的病理基础,作者对家猫脑部用治疗Parkinson病的手术方法(65℃,1min),射频烧伤其右在脑核,在不同时间经CT扫描后处死,行光镜、免疫组化及电镜检查.结合CT结果将病灶分为3带:①中心坏死区,②边缘反应带,③脑水肿带:4期:①液化坏死期(术后起-4d),中心液化性坏死,边缘神经元坏死、变性,周围脑水肿;②周围组织反应期(5—21d),坏死中心少量胶质细胞,边缘大量新生血管及泡沫状细胞,脑水肿存在;③修复期(28—90 d),坏死中心见大量星形胶质纤维,少量胶质细胞及胶元纤维;④疤痕期(3-6月),修复期各种结构连接紧密.脑烧伤修复以星形细胞增生及其大量纤维为主要成份.神经元内的线粒体与内质网对烧伤最敏感. In order to study the CT features and their pathological bases of postoperative Parkinson's disease, the right thalamus of cats were injured by stereotaxic apparatus , the animals were killed at postoperative different intervals , then using light microscope , immunonistochcmistry and electron microscope to study the right thalamus . According to CT results and pathology, the foci were divided into three zones (central area, reactive zone, cdematous zone ) and four stages , e . g . stage of liquenecrosis (from postoperation - 4 days ), stage of proliferation ( 5-21 days ), stage of healing (28-90 days ),and stage of scarring (3-6 months ). Necrotic repairs were mainly composed of the filaments of astrocytes and proliferative astrocytes . The mitochondria and endoplasm reticulum of neurons were highly sensitive to radiofrequency injury .
