摘要
作者通过连续化学提取,将新鲜异种骨皮质(羊)制成骨基质明胶,移植修复兔桡骨干骨质缺损15mm.结果表明,术后12周,10例桡骨缺损中7例发生骨诱导修复,其中4例达到完全连接.免疫荧光检测证实,异种骨基质仍具有一定免疫原性.作者认为,如能进一步降低其抗原性,异种骨基质将是一种有效的骨移植材料.
Bone matrix gelatin , a product of sheep conical bone after chemical extraction in sequence , was used as a xcnograft to repair the radius defects 15 mm in length in rabbits . By 12 weeks after operation , the results showed that ostcoinductivc repair occurred in seven of ten radius defects , of those 4 radii were bridged and healed . Immunofluorcncence test showed that the bone matrix gclatin is still antigcnic in xenogcnous recipients . It is believed that xcnogenous bone matrix gelatin may be an effective graft material if its antigenicity was further weekcned .
