摘要
目的:对细胞外基质,尤其是基因活化基质在修复周围神经缺损中的作用机制,应用形式和应用前景作一综述,为应用基因活化基质桥接周围神经缺损提供理论依据。资料来源:应用计算机检索PubMed1999-01/2004-12的文章,检索词分别为“Peripheralnerve,Repair,Geneactivatedmatrix,Nerve,限定文章语言种类为English。同时计算机检索http://www.wamfangdata.com.cn2003-01/2004-11的文章,并限定文章语言种类为中文,检索词“周围神经,基因治疗。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选取试验包括应用胶原,层粘连蛋白等细胞外基质成分桥接周围神经缺损的文献和采用基因活化基质治疗周围神经缺损的文献,纳入条件:①随机对照动物试验。②试验包含对照组和治疗组。排出条件:①明显不随机的实验研究。②综述文献。③重复研究。资料提炼:共收集到30篇关于应用细胞外基质桥接周围神经缺损的文献,21篇符合纳入标准。排除的9篇中,7篇为重复研究,2篇为综述。资料综合:21个试验包括525例实验动物,分别应用许旺细胞基底膜,骨骼肌肌膜管,静脉管壁,肌腱腱膜,胶原,层粘连蛋白,以及基因活化基质修复周围神经缺损。结论:多种细胞外基质成分能够作为桥接材料修复周围神经缺损,其中基因活化基质有着良好的应用前景。
OBJECTIVE:To review the mechanism,applied style and prospect of extracellular matrix(ECM),especially gene activated matrix(GAM) in the repair of peripheral nerve defect so as to provide a theoretical basis for the application of GAM in bridging peripheral nerve defect.
