吲哚类神经递质在妇女血浆与脑脊液中的相关性 被引量:2

摘要 作者采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)-荧光检测器测量16例妇女外周血浆与脑脊液(CSF)中吲哚类神经递质含量.结果表明:血浆与脑脊液中色氨酸(TRP)、5-羟吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)有明显正相关(TRPr=0.6400,P<0.01;5-HIAA:r=0.8158,P<0.01).提示外周血浆可以间接反映脑脊液中吲哚类神经递质的含量变化. Plasma and CSF concentrations of indoles neurotransmitter such as TRP , 5 - HTP , 5HT and 5HIAA were measured by HPLC in 16 women . The TRP and 5 - HIAA levels in plasma were positively corelated to these in CSF (TRP : r=0.6400, P< 0.01 ; 5 - HIAA : r=0.8158, P<0.01 ). These results imply that plasma levels of irdoles can be regarded as indicatois of indole levels in CSF .
