摘要
本文通过公路运输温室气体排放评价的内容和目的进行分析,明确评价体系的基本功能。从排放量、运输服务、燃料消耗结构、基础设施服务水平、管理政策及信息化水平等方面构建公路运输温室气体排放的评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法和德尔菲法对指标权重进行计算。
This article by road transport greenhouse gas emissions to evaluate the content and purpose of the analysis, a clear evaluation system of basic functions. From emissions, transport services, fuel consumption, infrastructure services, the level of information management policies and other aspects of building a road transport greenhouse gas emissions evaluation index system, and the use of AHP and Delphi method for calculation of index weights.
