污水处理厂降低电耗方案优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对中小型炼油厂污水处理系统普遍存在"大马拉小车"、电能消耗高的问题,介绍了某炼油厂通过对污水处理系统电耗的分析研究,从具体实际出发,通过采取优化工艺流程、改进管理制度等多种措施,在不影响污水处理工程中工艺条件(活性污泥浓度、COD、含油量)的基础上,将年电力消耗降低了28%,投入产出比达到1:48,节约了电能,减轻了环境负担。 This article in view of the small and medium sized oil refinery wastewater treatment system are widespread "Waste one's talent on a petty job", the problem of high power consumption, power consumption of a refinery was introduced through the sewage treatment system of analysis and research, from the concrete reality, through optimizing technological process, improve the management system and other measures, in does not affect the wastewater treatment engineering of the processing conditions (activated sludge concentration, COD and oil content) on the basis of the annual electricity consumption was reduced by twenty-eight percent, the input-output ratio reached 1:48, both saves electric energy, and reduce the environmental burden, the practice is worth using for reference.
