摘要
目的:观察复方苦参注射液联合止痛药物治疗中晚期癌症疼痛患者的临床疗效。方法:将46例中晚期癌痛患者随机分为治疗组23例与对照组23例,治疗组给予复方苦参注射液联合常规止痛药物(按照三阶梯止痛法给药),对照组仅单用止痛药。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液联合常规止痛药缓解中晚期癌性疼痛效果优于单用常规止痛药物。
Objective ：To observe the clinical effects of Compound Sophora Injection combined with painkillers in the treatment of advanced cancers. Methods ： Forty - six patients with advanced cancers were randomly and evenly assigned into the treatment group and the control group. The patients in the treatment group were given Compound Sophora Injection and the conventional painkillers with a three - step analgesic ladder approach, while the control group only took painkillers. Results ： The total effect for the treat- ment group was significantly higher than that for the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：Compound Sophora Injection in combination with conventional painkillers to alleviate advanced cancerous pain is superior to conventional analgesic drugs alone.
