摘要
目的:观察芬太尼透皮贴剂治疗中、重度癌痛的镇痛效果和不良反应。方法:选择80例中、重度癌痛患者,使用芬太尼透皮贴剂止痛,观察其止痛效果、生活质量变化及不良反应。结果:治疗前PI平均为7.5±1.6,应用芬太尼透皮贴剂治疗后为2.2±1.2,疼痛程度明显减轻(t=3.472,P<0.01),其中完全缓解34例(42.5%),明显缓解32例(40.0%),中度缓解9例(11.2%),轻度缓解5例(6.3%),总缓解率82.5%。不良反应轻微。排尿困难6例,皮肤反应9例,便秘12例,恶心、呕吐15例,嗜睡32例,头晕28例,上述不良反停药后消失。结论:芬太尼透皮贴剂使用方便,疗效显着,不良反应少,能明显改善癌症患者的生活质量。
Objective： Transdermal fentanyl treatment of moderate to severe cancer pain analgesic effect and adverse reactions. Methods 80 patients with moderate to severe cancer pain,the use of transdermal fentanyl analgesia, analgesic effect was observed, the quality of life and adverse reactions. Resuits： 80 patients with moderate to severe cancer pain patients, complete remission in 34 patients （42.5%）, were relieved in 32 cases, moderate relief in 9 cases, mild relief in 5 cases,total remission rate was 82.5% , mild adverse reactions. Conclusion： Transdermal fentanyl and easy to use, a significant effect, adverse reactions, can significantly improve quality of life of cancer patients.
