摘要
作者采用D畔乳糖胺(D-GL)制备大鼠急性肝衰竭(FHF)模型,并观察了肝再生刺激因子(HSS)对大鼠FHF的救治效果.结果表明:D-GL诱发Wistar大鼠FHF的最适剂量为1.6g/kg;大鼠中毒后20h经腹腔注射HSS(总蛋白量为26mg)或生理盐水4ml,治疗组(n=12)大鼠2周存活率为33.3%,与对照组(0,n=12)相差显著(P<0.05)。提示人胎HSS可有效地提高FHF大鼠的存活率,有希望成为一种新的治疗FHF的有效药物。
A liver specific growth factor - hepatic stimulator substance (HSS) was partially purified from human fetal liver cells and the effect of HSS in reversing the lethality of D-galactosamine (1.6 g/kg body weight) induced hepatic necrosis in rats was evaluated 20 h after poisoning , the rats were treated with HSS 4 ml or saline and the survival rate of rats in each group was examined for 2 weeks. A significantly improved survival rate of 33.3% in HSS group (n = 12) was observed compared with saline control (n = 12, 0.0%; P<0.05). The result suggests that HSS can successfully improve the survival rate in rats with D-galactosaminc induced acute liver failure and may represent a significant potential for the management of acute hepatic failure.
