摘要
文章针对当前高校烹饪类实验室管理中存在的问题,引入6S管理方法,并对6S管理方法在烹饪类实验室中的实施应用做了深入的分析。
Targeting the problems existing in current cooking lab management in colleges and universities,this paper introduces the 6S management and conducts an intensive analysis of the implementation of 6S management in cooking laboratory management.
