摘要
高素质实验队伍是高校实验室建设和可持续发展的根本.在分析实验室队伍建设现状的基础上,按照创建综合性大学实验教学基地的要求,制定实验队伍建设目标,并从实验室主任队伍、实验教师队伍、实验技术人员队伍以及引进外籍实验教师等方面,提出了各层次实验队伍建设的对策措施,全面提升高校实验室的软实力.
High-quality laboratory team is the root of the construction and sustainable development of college laboratory. This paper, by analyzing the current situation of the team construction of laboratory, and on the basis of building a comprehensive university experiment teaching base, makes up a construction target of laboratory team. Measures of the construction of laboratory at all levels, including the laboratory director team, teaching team, technician team, and the introduction of foreign staff, have been proposed in this paper. It aims to Enhance the soft strength of college laboratory in all aspects.
