摘要 木质纤维素是一种重要的可再生资源,多功能糖苷水解酶对于木质纤维素的高效利用具有重要意义。文中总结了近年来针对木质纤维素生物利用的多功能糖苷水解酶的研究现状,对比了多功能糖苷水解酶与纤维小体多酶复合体、传统单一功能糖苷水解酶在结构、催化特性等方面的特点和优势,指出了多功能糖苷水解酶在未来发展中的重要地位和广泛发展前景。 Lignocellulose is widely considered as the most abundant renewable source on earth.Multifunctional glycosyl hydrolases endowed with the above two catalytic activities might be of great advantages in the hydrolysis of lignocellulose.The latest progresses on multifunctional glycosyl hydrolases were summarized.Comparisons of characteristics and advantages on structure and catalytic property of multifunctional glycosyl hydrolases with cellolusomes and single function glycoside hydrolase were made.Finally,the future researches of multifunctional glycosyl hydrolases and extensive development prospect were pointed out.
