摘要
对国内外利用蔗渣生产乙醇、木糖醇、动物饲料、酶制剂、食用菌等生物产品的研究进展进行了综述,并对今后蔗渣资源的研究和利用提出一些看法。
Some recent developments and some main products produced from bagasse, such as ethanol, xylitol, feed of animal, enzymes, edible fungi were reviewed, and the researches and utilizations of bagasse resources in the near future were discussed.
