摘要
[目的]研究小儿性早熟的中医临床路径。[方法]采用多中心、大样本临床研究方法,采用整体辨证和论证施治的方法,以中药汤剂为治疗手段,对小儿性早熟的诊疗方案进行探讨。[结果]本分中心共收集病例50例,均采用中药汤剂治疗,临床控制率为68.00%,好转率为20.00%,未愈率为12.00%;治疗总费用为日均24.78元;在治疗费用满意度(80.00%)、治疗疗程满意度(88.00%)、治疗效果满意度(86.00%)、接受程度(98.00%)、诊疗服务满意度(98.00%)等方面调查均获得患者家长肯定。[结论]中药治疗小儿性早熟具有可行性和可操作性。
[Objective] To study TCM clinical passage of children sexual pecocity.[Method] Take multi-center and big sample clinical research,and integrated differentiation and treatment based on sign identification,make discussion on diagnosis and treatment of children sexual precocity.[Result] There’re 50 cases in all,they take TCM decoctions for treatment,the clinical control rate is 68.00%,the improvement rate 20.00%,the course satisfying degree 88.00%,effect satisfying degree 86.00%,acceptance degree 98.00%,the diagnosis and treatment service satisfying degree 98.00%,the aspects above all get parents’ affirmation.[Conclusion] TCM treating children sexual precocity is available and operationable.
