摘要
采用循环伏安法和恒电位电解法,以石墨电极为工作电极,研究了对叔丁基甲苯在0.5 mol/L硫酸-丙酮(体积比1:1)水溶液体系中的电氧化行为,探讨了底物浓度、扫描速度及温度等因素对对叔丁基甲苯电化学氧化行为的影响。用气质联用仪(GC-MS)和气相色谱仪(GC)检测恒电位电解产物。实验结果表明,室温下通过对叔丁基甲苯直接电氧化生成对叔丁基苯甲醛的产率可达60%。
The direct electro-oxidation behaviors f p-tert-butyl toluene were studied on graphite electrode in 0.5 mol/L sulfuric acid and acetone solution by cyclic voltammery(CV) and constant potential electrolysis.The effects of substrate concentration,scan rates and reaction temperature were studied.The oxidation products was detected by GC-MS and GC.And the yield of p-tert-butyl benzaldehyde could up to 60% at room temperature.
