催化加氢合成对叔丁基苯甲醛的研究

Synthesis of 4-Tert-butylbenzaldehyde by Catalytic Hydrogenation

摘要 以浸渍法制备了多种以MnO2为活性组分的加氢催化剂,在固定床反应器上,进行了叔丁基苯甲酸甲酯气相加氢合成对叔丁基苯甲醛的实验。考察了反应温度、液时空速(LHSV)、气时空速(GHSV)以及金属离子掺杂对催化剂加氢合成叔丁基苯甲醛的影响。实验结果表明,加氢反应的最佳条件:反应温度为410~420℃,LHSV为0.4h-1,GHSV为400h-1。MnO2/γ-Al2O3催化体系中引入Zr可以提高了催化性能,反应转化率为86.32%,选择性为94.58%。 Series of catalysts which MnO2 were used as active component were synthesized by impregnation. The synthesis of 4-tert-butylbenzaldehyde was carded out by the hydroganation of methyl-p-butylbenzoate over the above-prepared catalysts on fixed-bed reactor. The effects of reaction temperature, LHSV, GHSV and Zr doped in MnO2/γ-Al2O3 on catalytic pedonnance were investigated. The experimental results showed that the conversion of 86.32% and the selectivity of 94.58% were obtained under the optimal reaction conditions of 420℃, LHSV0.4h^-1, GHSV400h^-1. The catalytic properties were improved by the introduction of Zr.
