摘要
为了给水葫芦发酵生产燃料酒精的工业应用提供技术支持,以常压微波辅助稀酸预处理的水葫芦为底料,利用水葫芦微波水解液驯化的树干毕赤酵母和嗜鞣管囊酵母的混合酵母作为发酵菌株,采用同时酶水解和发酵法进行了水葫芦发酵制取燃料酒精的50 L批式实验和500 L半连续中试实验研究。50 L发酵罐酒精产量为0.129 g/g水葫芦,产酒精速率在12 h达到最大,为1.59 mL/(L.d);500 L发酵罐酒精产量为0.051 g/g水葫芦,稳定的产酒精速率为0.319 mL/(L.d)。
In order to provide data support to scale applications and industrial production of ethanol production from water hyacinth,50 L batch experiments and 500 L semi-continuous feed pilot experiments were conducted.Water hyacinth pretreated with microwave-assisted dilute acid was fermented with domesticated mixed yeasts of Pichia stipitis and Pachysolen tannophilus through a simultaneous saccharification and fermentation process.For 50 L fermenter,the highest ethanol yield obtained was 0.129 g/g water hyacinth and the maximum ethanol production rate of 1.59 ml/(L·d) was obtained at 12 h.For 500 L fermenter,stable ethanol production rate was 0.319 ml /(L·d) and ethanol yield was 0.051 g/g water hyacinth.
