微藻发酵制取燃料酒精的研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究微藻水解发酵制取燃料酒精的能力,以螺旋藻、微拟球藻和太湖蓝藻为代表,研究了超声波破碎、高压微波辅助稀酸、酶水解等预处理方法对微藻湿藻和干燥粉的影响,发现超声波破碎预处理螺旋藻湿藻可以提高酒精产量,同时降低副产物乙酸和丁酸量;0.05g酶/g藻是最佳的酶水解用量;用蓝藻微波稀酸水解液驯化酵母菌,可以提高酒精产量;高压微波辅助稀酸预处理能提高微藻的糖化效率和产酒精效率;实验所用三种菌种中,驯化的树干毕赤酵母是最佳的产酒精酵母。 In order to study the ability of microalgae hydrolysis fermentation of alcohol,pretreatment methods such as sonication,high pressure microwave-assisted dilute acid and enzymatic hydrolysis had been performed for the wet microalgae and dry powder using spirulina,nannochloropsis and Taihu Lake cyanobacteria as representatives.It was found that sonication pretreatment of wet spirulina can increase ethanol production,while reducing byproducts such as acetic acid and butyric acid.The 0.05 g enzyme/g algae was the optimal amount of enzyme hydrolysis.Yeast domesticated by cyanobacteria microwave dilute acid hydrolysis liquid can increase ethanol production.The pretreatment method of high-pressure microwave-assisted dilute acid microalgae can improve the glycated efficiency and ethanol production efficiency.Domesticated Pichia stipitis was the best production of alcohol yeast among the three strains of algae.
