摘要
针对煤炭、矿山、隧道等机械行业大型工件调质的要求,开发了全自动箱式调质生产线,介绍了生产线生产能力、各个设备组成、运行过程控制及主体设备结构。与传统的台车炉相比,此型生产线高效节能,自动化程度高,运行可靠性高,减轻了操作人员的劳动强度,提高了产品质量和生产效率高。
According to the requirements of large quenching and tempering parts of the machinery industry such as coal, mining, tunnel, developed automatic boxtype quenching and tempering production line. Describes the production capacity of the production line, each de- vice construction, run process control and the main device structure. Compared with traditional bogie hearth furnace, the energy efficient production line has high level of automation, high operational reliability, reductive operator＇ s labor intensity, improving product quality and production efficiency.
