摘要
采用轻质硅酸铝纤维基不定型耐火材料预制炉衬并在现场成型的筑炉工艺,对传统的箱式电阻炉进行改造,增加了炉子的有效加热区,保证了产品质量的稳定,提高了炉子的使用性能,节能降耗效果显著,经济效益可观。
A furnace-building technology, that is, prefabricating furnace lining by using unshaped light aluminum silicate refractory fiber and site forming, was used in technically reforming the conventional box electric furnace. As a result, the effective area of furnace was enlarged, stability of quality of heat treated products ensured and serviceability of the furnace improved on, energy-saving and resultant economic gain being considerable.
