孟鲁司特辅治腺样体肥大临床观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察孟鲁司特辅治腺样体肥大(AH)的临床疗效。方法将61例AH患儿随机分为观察组31例和对照组30例。观察组和对照组均予抗组胺(西替利嗪滴剂)、化痰止咳(必嗽平)、肾上腺糖皮质激素(地塞米松)等治疗,有感染时加用抗生素(阿莫西林克拉维酸钾)治疗。观察组在此基础上予乙酰半胱氨酰白三烯受体拮抗药孟鲁司特钠片治疗,观察2组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为93.55%高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特辅治AH疗效显著,且经口服给药,用药方便,患儿依从性好,值得临床推广应用。
