摘要
从免疫异常角度论述了儿童腺样体肥大的发生机制,介绍了临床非手术治疗运用西医和中医方法可增强及恢复患者的免疫功能,但目前从整体来看临床中药治疗和西医保守治疗仍然缺乏具有针对免疫水平研究的报道,建议今后应将科研重点放在腺样体肥大与中药调节免疫作用方面,以揭示腺样体肥大的免疫机制及中药作用机制,对中医药治疗儿童腺样体肥大提供依据。
The pathogenesis of the immune abnormal of children＇s adenoidal hypertrophy is discussed from abnormal immune, and it is pointed out that traditional Chinese medicine and modem medicine treatment without operation can raise and restore the patient＇ s immune function, but at present, as a whole, conservative traditional Chinese medicine and modem medicine still lacks the report aiming at immune level, so it is proposed in the future that the study emphasis should be put on adenoidal hypertrophy and traditional Chinese medicine＇ s immune function to reveal the former＇ s immune mechanism and the latter＇ s important clinical value in the treatment of adenoidal hypertrophy.
