关节镜术后联合玻璃酸钠对膝关节骨性关节炎患者的作用分析 被引量:12

Analysis on Improving Effects of Sodium Hyaluronate Injection after Arthroscope on Knee Function and Symptoms in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

摘要 目的分析关节镜术后联合玻璃酸钠对膝关节骨关节炎患者膝关节功能和症状的改善作用。方法将120例(131膝)膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组仅行关节镜下清理术,观察组行关节镜下清理术联合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射。观察两组患者治疗前后Lysholm评分及视觉模拟评分(VAS)的变化。结果术后1个月时,两组患者Lysholm评分均较术前显著升高,但两组之间差异无统计学意义;术后6个月时,两组患者Lysholm评分均较术后1个月时显著升高,观察组升高更为明显。术后1个月和6个月时两组患者VAS均较术前显著下降,而观察组下降更为明显。结论对于膝关节骨性关节炎患者,在关节镜下清理术后联合玻璃酸钠注射可取得更好的治疗效果,患者膝关节功能和症状改善更为显著,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To analyze the improving effects of sodium hyaluronate injection after arthroscope on knee function and symptoms in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods 120 patients (131 knees) with knee osteoarthritis were randomly and equally divided into control group and observation group. Arthroscopic dehridement for knee osteoarthritis was used in control group, while sodium hyaluronate injection after arthroscope debridement was also used in observation group. The changes of Lysholm and visual analogue scale (VAS) scores before and after treatment were observed. Results The Lysholm score in two groups all increased notably one month after operation, however, no significant difference was observed between the two groups. Six months after operation, the Lysholm scores in two groups were both higher than that in the end of fist month after operation, and the increasing degree in observation group was more significant. The VAS scores in these two groups decreased significantly after operation both in the fist and sixth month, whereas the decreasing degree in observation group was more significant. Conclusion For patients with knee osteoarthritis, sodium hyaluronate injection after arthroscope can get better treatment effect, and the improving effects of knee function and symptoms are more significant, so it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
